Sam Levy serves as the Vice President of Commercial & Business Operations at PC Network Inc. (PCN) since 2009, a role he assumed after advancing from the Director of Recruiting in 2017. His broad responsibilities at PCN include overseeing commercial aspects of DDI contracts, managing RFP responses, financial analysis, and leading both vendor and account management efforts. Additionally, Sam plays a crucial role in driving new business development initiatives.

With a BA in Marketing from the University of Arizona and a rich background in various managerial roles, Sam brings over two decades of experience in business operations, vendor management, and full life cycle recruiting. His career includes significant tenures at Techipower/Techniforce and in project management and legal staffing, showcasing his versatility in diverse operational environments.

Sam's expertise spans recruiting, operations, client and account management, and project management, making him a key driver in PCN's growth and success. He has a notable track record in overseeing large corporate accounts, developing training and risk management strategies, and implementing various CRM and ATS systems.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sam enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife and two sets of twins. He also indulges in hobbies like listening to live music and playing golf.
