Florian Beka joined PCN in 2013 as a DDI Operations Engineer and was promoted in 2016 to lead PCN’s follow the sun team responsible for operating and maintaining global customer DDI environments.   His responsibilities span motivating, training and supporting our front line engineers, capacity and utilization planning, ticket management, and BAU ITIL process execution. Florian functions as a POC for customer escalations and operations and continuously improves service delivery processes to meet contractual SLAs.  Florian’s super power is cultivating a service culture that fosters positive working relationships among our team, customers, partners and vendors.

Florian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tirana, a public university and the largest in Albania and an associate degree in information technology and computer network systems from ITT-Technical Institute. He holds and maintains DDI Technical certifications across PCN’s OEM partners.

Florian enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling internationally and is obsessed with playing football – aka soccer.
