PMO Support for Telecommunications Contract
PCN provided a variety of resources for Verizon’s Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Project Management Office, which managed delivery of Verizon’s Telecommunications Contract with the state. PCN resources. IPCN provided project managers, schedulers, PMO specialists, security experts, order entry specialists, programmers, and other technical experts to transition and support voice, data, and internet/security services.
Survey Support for Telecommunications Contract
To support Verizon’s service improvement efforts, PCN administers a quarterly customer satisfaction survey to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. We analyze the results and present reporting dashboards to Office of Administration.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Staff Augmentation
PCN provided staff augmentation services for select technical roles supporting Verizon’s delivery of services to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
