Commonwealth of PA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD)
PCN has been a Lumen (formerly, CenturyLink) SDBE partner since 2017. PCN currently maintains an Enterprise Service Desk to provide IT support to users across a wide range of Commonwealth agencies and organizations in a multi-vendor environment. PCN successfully designed, implemented, and began production delivery of a 24x7x365 ESD services including stand up of a ServiceNow instance meeting the contractual requirements within a 90-day period. From inception to date, the PCN team has met all Service Level Agreements under this contract. A five-year extension was granted for this contract on 6/2022.
