Charlotte Veazie, General Counsel at PC Network Inc. (PCN), has played a pivotal role in the company since 2005. Her responsibilities include reviewing and advising on multi-regional legal issues and documents. She has skillfully negotiated contracts and other legal agreements with public and private customers throughout the region and some of the world’s largest telecoms. Charlotte was key in launching PCN’s flagship technical practice -- global DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI). Her expertise ranges from drafting custom managed services contracts to establishing policies in intellectual property, data privacy, and ethics.

Her legal acumen has been instrumental in expanding PCN’s international presence, notably in establishing subsidiaries in Canada and the UK. Charlotte holds a law degree from Columbia University and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University. Her prior experience includes over a decade of managing contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance at Prudential Investment Management and at the law firms of Kirkpatrick and Lockhart and Drinker, Biddle, and Reath.

Charlotte’s expertise is not limited to legal matters; she is also adept in technical domains. Her skills include reviewing and negotiating IT reseller, partnering, and prime/subcontractor contracts, as well as researching, writing, and editing documentation on legal and technical subjects. She is actively involved in contributing to and managing responses for marketing collateral, Statements of Work (SOWs), and federal and state RFPs.

Charlotte's specializations include IT contracts, technical writing, IT solutions development, and expertise in IPAM, DNS, DHCP, ITIL, and PMP, coupled with business analysis skills. Beyond her professional role, she is a self-proclaimed geek and avid reader, enjoys culinary pursuits, and adores her dogs.

In her position as General Counsel at PCN, Charlotte Veazie brings a unique blend of legal expertise and technical knowledge. Her contributions have been fundamental in shaping the company's legal framework and supporting its technical initiatives, making her an asset to PCN’s continued growth and success.
